2024 Pilgrimage Details
- Host: This trip is an offering of the Pilgrimage Ministry of Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, Pittsburgh, PA. The guides for the pilgrimage will be Father and Presvytera Becky John Touloumes. Professional tour arrangements are being handled by Cloud Tours.
- Requirements: There will be a considerable amount of walking and not all facilities in Greece are handicap-accessible. All participants must be able to engage in daily activities including walking and climbing stairs.
- Trip Size: This trip is strictly limited to 40 (forty) participants. Space priority is given to Holy Trinity parishioners. Others will be accepted on a space-available basis after the Deposit Due date listed above.
- Price: $4,630 per person, double-occupancy. $5,640 single-occupancy, including airfare. See flyer for land-only options (Final price subject to change based on airfare at time of final booking.)
- Trip Extensions: Extensions in Greece available. Inquire with Cloud Tour for details about arriving before or departing after tour for personal time.
- Included: Trip price includes: round-trip airfare from Pittsburgh; all first-class hotel accommodations with daily breakfasts and seven dinners; Accommodations in first class hotels: Herodian (Athens), Moxy Marina (Patras), TBD (Kalavryta), Ionian Palace (Kefalonia), Divani (Kalambaka) and Electra Palace (Thessaloniki); Private arrival and departure transfers and all group ground transportation in a deluxe airconditioned motor coach; ferry to and from Kefalonia; Entrance fees for all sites included in itinerary.Scheduled boat cruise around Mt. Athos; Eight-and-a-half days of private sight-seeting in a with a professional licensed English/Greek speaking tour guide.gratuities for drivers and guides; taxes and transfers. Not included: Personal expenses, meals gratuities, travel protection insurance, covid testing or related expenses.
- Deposit: $800 per person non-refundable deposit required by March 11, 2024, to reserve a spot. Reservations will be received on a first-come, first-served basis. Space priority is given to Holy Trinity parishioners.
