Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church of Pittsburgh, PA, (“Holy Trinity Church”) is committed to protecting your privacy. Children's Information Protection (COPPA)

We require that children under 13 years of age not submit personal information. In accordance with the Federal Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), Holy Trinity Church does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Holy Trinity Church encourages parents to participate actively in their children’s Internet experience. If a child provides us with personally identifiable information, a parent or guardian of that child may contact us by sending an e-mail to webmaster@HolyTrinityPgh.org or by writing to the address provided below if they would like this information deleted from our records.

We will use the contact information you submit and other information we or our service providers collect, such as user logs, to communicate with you and to provide or enhance our service to you in the normal course of church ministry.

It is the policy of Holy Trinity Church to not share, sell or distribute mailing lists or email lists with any other organization or entity except where required for the legal or security issues as explained below.
